Common Questions
How long will the appointment take?
This depends on the service and your dog's breed and coat. A Nail Trim takes around 15 minutes; a Full Groom for a large breed can take up to 2 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when we confirm your booking.
What should I do to prepare my dog?
Please make sure your dog has been exercised and had a toilet break before the appointment. Avoid feeding a large meal in the 2 hours beforehand. Brush out any tangles if possible — though we can help with this too.
Do you cater for nervous or anxious dogs?
Absolutely. We have extensive experience with anxious dogs and always work at their pace. Please mention any nervousness in your booking form so we can plan accordingly.
What products do you use?
We use professional-grade, dog-safe shampoos and conditioners free from harsh chemicals and artificial fragrances. We're happy to accommodate specific sensitivities — just let us know.
